Meet Ryan

Meet our Co-founder Ryan. He built his career in digital marketing and founded his digital marketing agency in 2021. Working with e-com brands, he always had this burning desire to build his own e-commerce store. However, nothing ever clicked as he couldn’t connect to any product ideas. Enter Ivan, a gift from one of his clients who was in the pet grooming business. He fell in love with the half doggo almost instantly who then sat on his lap all through the workday and long nights of brainstorming ideas. Ivan also gets 100% of the credit to how Ryan met his other Co-founder to 3nHalf.

Meet Cienpy

"I never imagined I’d fall so deeply in love with dogs—until I met baby Bruno. My friend brought him home, and in an instant, he became the love of my life. But we lost him far too soon due to health issues, and with him, a part of me went too. Nothing felt right after that; nothing made me smile the same way. Then, one day, my friend called and said there was a pup up for adoption. I didn’t hesitate—I said yes. When I asked his name, it felt like fate. He was also named Bruno, and that’s when I knew—we named him Bruno Jr. He had a twin sister, Zara, and there was no way I could separate them. So both came home with me, and they healed my broken heart.

One night, while returning home, I saw a few stray dogs scavenging for food. Their hungry eyes haunted me, and the next day, I cooked chicken rice for them. That’s when it happened—I fell in love with them all. There was a little pup with her mother, patiently waiting with her head tilted. That little gesture melted my heart completely. We brought her home, and named her Jessie. Suddenly, I had this perfect little family.

But life has a way of breaking your heart when you least expect it. One night, Bruno Jr. fell ill—a rare condition took him from us. Despite everything we did, we couldn’t save him. Losing him was a shock I still carry in my heart to this day.

Yet, just when I thought my heart couldn’t take any more, life surprised me again. On Mother’s Day, I got a message from a stranger: they had a dog up for adoption, and his name? Bruno. I couldn’t believe it. We brought him home and named him Bruno Jr. Jr. His presence was like a piece of my heart falling back into place, and suddenly, our family felt complete once more. And then came Ivan, my half pup, a blessing that made life even better. I’ll forever be grateful for him and the joy he brought into our lives. Life is so much better with these four.

Through this journey, my love for dogs grew beyond my home. My little family expanded, and my community of dogs grew from 25 to 150 in no time. Today, we look after over 200 dogs across two cities—Pune and Mumbai. They are my big joint family, and each one holds a piece of my heart. Soon enough, I became known as the “crazy dog lady,” a title I wear with pride. This passion, which began in 2016 with a broken heart, has shaped my life in ways I never could have imagined. And now, I’m dedicated to giving these beautiful souls the love and care they deserve."

Our journey began in our own kitchen when we realized the treats available for our dogs—Bruno, Zara, Jessie, and Ivan—were filled with preservatives and unhealthy ingredients. Determined to do better for our furry family, we started crafting wholesome, natural treats ourselves.

    What began as a passion project quickly turned into something bigger as our friends and family’s pets fell in love with our treats too. Today, 3nHalf is built on the same foundation of love, care, and dedication.
